St. Leonard, MD – On Saturday afternoon, July 7 a serious motor vehicle crash occurred on Ross Road, Calvert County authorities reported.
“Upon arrival units from St. Leonard Fire and Rescue and Prince Frederick Fire located a silver Chevrolet Camaro convertible down an embankment and tangled in brush,” a reported posted by the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department stated. “Three people inside were trapped. After a lengthy extrication, all three patients were removed and flown by Trooper 7 and Eagle 1 to an area hospital.”
The crash, which occurred around 1 p.m., remains under investigation and a police report is pending.
