On June 19 at 3:15 a.m., Calvert County DFC M. Velasquez conducted a patrol check of the area behind the 7-11 Convenience store in Patuxent Plaza in Solomons.
DFC M. Velasquez observed three individuals seated on top of some lumber and detected a strong odor of burning marijuana. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Nathaniel Lee Davis, III, 20 of Lusby, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a burnt cigar.
