CALLAWAY, Md. — Drivers in Southern Maryland can now keep their cars clean year-round without breaking the bank, thanks to a new unlimited monthly wash program launched by Tidewater Auto Wash in Callaway.
The program, available through the EverWash mobile app, offers four subscription tiers ranging from $22 to $34 per month, giving members unlimited access to car washes at the newly revamped site located at 20850 Callaway Village Way.
To get started, customers can:
- Download the EverWash app from the App Store or Google Play
- Create an account using a phone number or email
- Search for the Callaway site using ZIP code 20620
- Choose a wash plan and tap Join Now

The four wash plans include:
- Express ($22/month): Foam bath, presoak, and spot-free rinse
- Get Clean ($26/month): Everything in Express, plus double pass presoak and high-pressure rinse
- Get Shine ($30/month): Adds ceramic seal, triple foam polish, tire cleaner, wheel scrub, underbody, and dryers
- Get Protected ($34/month): Includes Rain-X complete surface protectant on top of all other services
The app-based system allows members to select their wash and scan a QR code at the station for a quick, contactless experience.
This new deal is part of a larger transformation of the once-familiar Callaway car wash — a site previously known for its quirky van-in-the-wall façade. Local owner Athan Felactu, who also operates Tidewater Auto Wash in Warsaw, Virginia, has overseen a complete overhaul of the property.
Tidewater Auto Wash is the only car wash south of Leonardtown on Route 5 that offers do-it-yourself wash stations.
“Being from Southern Maryland, I was a regular customer at this car wash for years,” Felactu said. “During that time, I made mental notes of things I would improve or change if I ever owned it one day.”
Now open 24/7, the site includes upgraded wash chemicals, touch and touchless tunnel options, six commercial-grade vacuums, four spacious self-serve bays, and a new vending machine with car care essentials.
“The updates here come from years of being a customer myself — and from listening to friends, family and others in the community about what they wanted to see,” Felactu said. “We’re excited to hear everyone’s feedback and look forward to working with the Southern Maryland community to provide the best car wash experience possible.”
