October 1, 2015 marks the kickoff of the Toys for Tots of Calvert County’s annual campaign, now in its seventh year. Each year the number of Calvert County families applying for toys for their children increases. In 2014, Toys for Tots of Calvert County provided toys, books and stocking stuffers to over 1,000 local children in need.
To help us prepare for the expected need, we are hosting a Christmas in July “Fun”Raiser on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Lord Calvert Bowling Center. This family friendly event will feature bowling, music, laser lights, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle and a prize wheel. Prizes will also be awarded for Highest Score (both individual and team), Most Christmas Spirit (team) and Ugliest Christmas Sweater (individual).
The silent auction will include hotel getaways, a portrait studio package and items autographed by Baltimore Orioles’ Ryan Webb, Washington Nationals’ Ross Ohlendorf , Washington Capitals’ Eric Fehr, and Baltimore Ravens’ Justin Forsett.

Lane sponsorships are also available, ranging from $100 – $150 per lane per team of 5 bowlers. All sponsors will be acknowledged on the Toys for Tots of Calvert County’s website, Face Book and Twitter Pages and in press releases.
