Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack TFC E. Mersman responed to a disturbance on Premier Lane on Saturday, August 23rd at 6:48 a.m.On Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 6:48 a.m.
While enroute to the disturbance, a lookout was given for the male suspect.
TFC Mersman observed the suspect’s vehicle, a black truck, and initiated an investigative stop on the vehicle on Park Hall Road and Route 235. A wanted check on the driver, Robert A. Bozman, 45, of Salisbury, revealed he had two outstanding warrants through the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS in the vehicle.
Mr. Bozman was arrested and charged with DUI/DWI and Possession of CDS – Not Marijuana. He was transported to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack for processing. He was then transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
