LEONARDTOWN, Md. — Emergency crews responded late Thursday night to a reported crash with injuries at the intersection of Point Lookout Road and St. Andrews Church Road.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:26 p.m. on March 12, 2026. Upon arrival, responders located a pickup truck overturned off the roadway in a nearby ditch.
Firefighters assisted with scene lighting and evaluated the occupants while awaiting the arrival of ambulance personnel.
Both individuals in the vehicle self-extricated and were evaluated at the scene. Authorities reported that neither patient was injured and both declined transport to a hospital.
The scene was later turned over to the Maryland State Police for investigation.
