CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. – On July 9, 2018 Dfc. T. Buckler responded to the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa to assist Deputy Beisel with a CDS Violation.
They made contact with the suspects, Karla Freeman, 40, and Chandra Staton 34, who were both heavily under the influence of PCP. Two juvenile females, ages 5 and 3, were laying in bed.
Both women were transported to the Calvert County Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and Neglect of Minor.
