Vice Narcotics Detectives indicted Marcus Anthony Mills of Lexington Park for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. Assistance was requested from Sheriffโ€™s Office Patrol Deputies in locating Mills.

On May 30, Deputy Keith Moritz located and arrested Mills. A search was conducted upon arrival at the Detention Center and 31 Percocet Pills were located secreted on the suspectโ€™s person. The pill has a street value of upwards of $600.

Mills received the additional charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession CDS not-marijuana and Introduction of CDS into a Correctional Facility.

The Stateโ€™s Attorney Office and the Vice Narcotics Division have completed the investigation and adjudication of the case related to Antoine Marquis Johnson of Lexington Park.

Johnson, a repeat offender of violations of drug crimes, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute as a Volume Dealer. He received 15 years in the Department of Corrections, Suspended to 8 years.

There is a Violation of Probation in the State of Maryland and the State of Texas. Both have โ€œback up timeโ€ and neither is a part of this plea agreement. Once his current sentence is completed, he will be sent to the State of Texas to fulfill his obligation to that State.
