North Beach, MD — Two firefighters were reported injured after a fire at a home on Atlantic Avenue in North Beach on Tuesday nights.
The fire broke out around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and was discovered by the homeowner. Firefighters from North Beach Volunteer Fire Department spent 90 minutes getting the flames under control.
Two firefighters were treated and released for injuries.
It appears the fire started in a shed, though the exact cause is still under investigation. Damage to the property is estimated at $500,000.
