Traffic on Chancellors Run Road on Thursday afternoon was brought to a halt with a four-car collision near the intersection of Norris Road.
Due to the proximity to Bay District Volunteer Fire Department’s station 9, Chief 9B was on the scene immediately at 4:45 p.m.
Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad crews handled at least four people refusing treatment, in addition to the two that were hurt.
The injured two were taken by Lexington Park VRS ambulances to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
