On Wednesday, January 08, 2014 at approximately 7:00 am, there was a two vehicle accident on Route 4 and Briscoe Turn Rd in Owings.
One person was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital for checkup.
The Route 4 North right lane is closed in the area and Briscoe Turn Rd East is closed to get onto Rt 4 until accident scene is cleared.
