WALDORF, Md. – On Saturday, May 3, 2025, emergency services were dispatched to a serious motor vehicle collision involving entrapment on Billingsley Road near Leonardtown Road in Waldorf, Charles County.
First responders arrived at approximately 5:00 p.m. to discover a vehicle overturned on Billingsley Road in the vicinity of Sweet Corn Place. One occupant was reportedly trapped inside the vehicle, prompting rescue teams to initiate an extrication operation.
EMS Units responded swiftly to the scene to assist with patient care, traffic management, and rescue efforts.
The injured occupant was safely extricated from the overturned vehicle and transported to Charles Regional Medical Center for further medical evaluation and treatment. The extent of injuries is currently unknown.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution while traveling in the area as emergency crews continue clearing the scene.
