WALDORF, Md. – The Economic Development Department is hosting a Quarterly Business Roundtable on Wednesday, April 25 at the Waldorf West Library (10405 Oโ€™Donnell Place, Waldorf) from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Join us at the event and learn more about Charles Countyโ€™s economic development and what is happening in the county, as well as network with the local business community.

โ€œThe Economic Development Departmentโ€™s priorities are determined by our five-year strategic plan,โ€ said Deputy Director Marcia Keeth. โ€œAt each Quarterly Business Roundtable, we update progress on initiatives related to several of the planโ€™s recommendations.โ€

Presenters will give updates on the Maryland Airport, Velocity Center in Indian Head, Charles County Opportunity Zones, and Economic Development Departmentโ€™s marketing efforts.ย  The event will conclude with a Q&A session.
