On April 11 at 7:27 p.m. Dep. D. Clark responded to the Prince Frederick Walmart for the report of a theft.
Upon arrival he made contact with the loss prevention officer who advised that he had observed Cynthia Lee Sita, 51, of Huntingtown, putting items in her purse and then leaving the store without paying.
Clark arrested Sita and charged her with theft less than $1,000.
