On February 27, at 11:56 p.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to Jaspers Restaurant in Prince Frederick for a reported theft.
The victim reported that a cell phone, Virginia Driver’s License and some cash had been removed from her coat while in the restaurant.
The investigation is continuing.
