WHITE PLAINS, Md. — A woman in her 50s was hospitalized early Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025, after a rollover crash on U.S. Route 301 in Charles County.
Emergency personnel and Maryland State Police troopers from the La Plata Barrack were called around 2:36 a.m. to Crain Highway at Willets Crossing Road, where they found a single vehicle overturned in the roadway.
First responders located the patient suffering from multiple injuries. Fire and EMS personnel stabilized her at the scene before taking her by ambulance to UM Charles Regional Medical Center. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
