On May 26 at 5:35 p.m., officers were conducting foot patrol on the bike paths near Drake Court in Waldorf when they stopped a suspicious subject who was found to be in possession of a 45 caliber Ruger handgun.
A computer check revealed the gun was reported stolen in February. The subject, a 15-year-old Waldorf male, was arrested and charged with possession of a concealed deadly weapon and theft.
