BCI Narcotics Detectives, assisted by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team, executed a search and seizure warrant at a Leonardtown Apartment.
Once inside Detectives seized more than $100.00 worth of marijuana packaged for distribution, $1,000.00 in cash and related drug paraphernalia.
Both of the occupants, Timothy Wayne Bush (20 years old of Leonardtown) and Megan Lee Lacey (19 year old of Leonardtown) were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Additional charges are expected pending a State’s Attorney’s Office and Grand Jury review.
