Argument over cable box leads to arrest

On August 8, 2015, Deputy Wesner responded to a residence on Croaker Court in Lexington Park, for a reported assault.

The victim alleged suspect Leroy nmn Logan, age 43, of Lexington Park, grabbed the victim by the neck during a dispute over a cable box. Logan then struck the victim in the face with the cable box.

Deputy Wesner observed injuries on the victim’s face. Logan was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
