Robert Sylvester Hill, 45 of Lexington Park, was arrested after being indicted by Vice Narcotics Detectives. Several indictments were handed down by the St. Maryโs County Grand Jury for multiple counts of โPossession of Cocaineโ, felony โDistribution of Cocaineโ and conspiring with Kimberly Taylor (previously arrested) to traffic cocaine.
Vice Narcotics Detectives received information that Jermaine Dwayn Davis, 27 of Lexington Park, was selling cocaine in a particular neighborhood in Lexington Park. Detectives made undercover purchases of cocaine from suspect Davis and he was subsequently indicted for felony โDistribution of Cocaineโ and arrested. An additional warrant was also served on suspect Davis for leaving the scene of an accident and fleeing and eluding police. That was from an unrelated incident.ย He was originally held without bond; however his current status is unknown.
Detectives made an undercover purchase of cocaine from Eric Roshaun Scriber, 25 of Loveville,ย after receiving information that he was selling cocaine from a Loveville Road property. He was indicted and charged with felony โDistribution of Cocaineโ.ย |
Vice Narcotics Detectives received information that Joseph Michael Defilippo, 21 of Mechanicsville, and Victoria Asley Curtis, 20 of Mechanicsville, were distributing prescription medication, most notably โOxycontinโ in the northern end of St. Maryโs County. As the investigation continued undercover purchases of โOxycontinโ were made from the suspects.
Search Warrants were obtained for three specific locations related to the suspects. On May 28, Vice Narcotics Detectives, assisted by the St. Maryโs County Sheriffโs Office Emergency Services Team, executed all three warrants. Recovered from the suspects were more than 254 prescription controlled pills.
Of those pills 170 were various milligrams of โOxycontinโ pills. The street value of the pills was nearly $6,000. A 2008 Scion was seized as well valued at $13,000. Both were charged accordingly and additional charges are pending a review with Stateโs Attorney Richard D. Fritz.
