The Neibauer Dental Office, located in a professional building on Steeple Chase Drive in Prince Frederick, was shot with a paint ball gun firing blue balls.
The damage, which is not permanent, appears to have happened between January 17 and 18.
DFC Pete Aurich will continue the investigation.
