
WALDORF, Md. — A motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash Friday evening in Waldorf.
The incident was reported around 7:44 p.m. on April 3, 2026, in the area of Berry Road and Bunker Hill Road. Initial reports indicated a vehicle struck a motorcycle and fled the scene.
Responding units arrived to find an adult male rider suffering from severe head injuries in the roadway. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses reported the striking vehicle as a black Infiniti or Lexus with no visible tags. The vehicle was last seen heading southbound on Bunker Hill Road immediately after the crash.
Emergency crews remained on scene for an extended period while investigators processed the area and worked to gather additional details about the suspect vehicle.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
