ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag lowered and raised on the day of interment.
This is in honor of Officer Keona Holley of the Baltimore Police Department, who died Dec. 23, after being critically injured in the line of duty on Dec.16.
