Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Michael David Toder, 37, of La Plata. Toder currently has an open warrant relating to a first-degree assault. Toder is 6’1” and weighs about 215 pounds. He is bald and has blue eyes.
