At 11:09 p.m. Sept. 24, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Citco located at 11901 Business Park Drive in Waldorf for the report of an armed robbery.
Investigation revealed a suspect entered the store wearing a mask and brandished a handgun. The suspect pointed the gun at both cahiers and demanded money.
The victims complied and the suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
Officers, including a K9 team, searched the area but the suspect was not located. The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build and is 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a black T-shirt and dark pants.

At 1:54 a.m. Sept. 25, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Bryans Road Wine and Spirits located at 3105 Marshall Hall Road for an intrusion alarm.
Investigation revealed suspect(s) shattered the front glass door and stole an undisclosed amount of money. Officers searched the area but the suspect(s) were not located.
