On April 17 Deputy David Goff arrested David Arnold Raley, Jr. (Age 39 of Leonardtown) for Harboring a Fugitive after Raley attempted to hide Kimberly Ann Baugher in his residence after being advised that Baugher had active Felony Arrest Warrants in both St.Mary’s and Calvert Counties.
Kimberly Ann Baugher was also arrested and both were transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
