LEXINGTON PARK, Md., — Javontae Lynell Young, the 17-year-old juvenile previously reported missing from the Planters Ct. area in Lexington Park, has been located safely, according to the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.
Young was last seen on foot in the evening hours of June 5, 2025. Authorities issued a critical missing alert due to concerns about his safety. Officials confirmed on Saturday evening that Young had returned home and was no longer considered missing.
The Sheriff’s Office thanked the public for their assistance and emphasized the importance of rapid communication in ensuring safe outcomes.
