for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the operator, Jacqueline Yvonne McNeil, 39, of LexingtonPark, the Trooper observed in plain sight a prescription bottle. Information provided by Ms. McNeil resulted in the discovery of CDS. Ms. McNeil was subsequently arrested for Possession of CDS – Not Marijuana. She was transported to the St. Mary’s CountyDetentionCenter where she was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
