On January 31, 2011 Dominic Mackall, 22 of Lusby, was issued a notice not to trespass on the property of Fox Chase Drive Apartments located in Lexington Park.
On February 4, 2011 Mackall returned to the property in violation of the no trespassing notice.
Mackall was arrested and charged with trespassing.
