CALIFORNIA, Maryland — The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office has located the missing man.
Officials say Ronald A. Windsor, 44, was last seen around 1 pm December 31 at the California Walmart.
Officers called considered an “at risk” person. The SMCSO is used a drone to look for the man in the area. He was located shortly before 8 pm.
