On June 26, 2015, Deputy McLure responded to a residence in the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for a domestic assault.
The victim alleged suspect Franklin nmn Severe, JR., age 56, of Lexington Park, struck the victim in the head with a wooden paper towel holder during an argument.
The victim sustained a large laceration and lump to the forehead.
Severe was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
He was charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Assault.
