Suspect Billy Dean Garner, age 25, of Leonardtown, was placed under arrest by Deputy L. Johnson for a bench warrant.
A routine search of Garner revealed paraphernalia consistent with Fentanyl. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Possession – Not Marijuana and Driving without a License.
