On Oct. 23, at 10:14 p.m., Trooper M. Haut was dispatched to the The Tavern in St. Leonard for a reported domestic dispute.

Trooper Haut’s investigation revealed that Donna Louise Axtell, 44 of St. Leonard, had gotten into an argument with her husband while at the establishment.  Axtell refused to obey the trooper’s orders to stop the argument and continued yelling in the parking lot. 

Axtell was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.  She was transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack for processing and later incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center
