Assault – On Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 3:00 am, Tpr. M. Johnson responded to the Super 8 Motel in California for a reported assault. Tpr. Johnson arrived on scene and witnessed Amanda Renee Herbert, 19, of California strike a female victim in the back of the head. Ms. Herbert was placed under arrest for Assault-Second Degree and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
