SEVERN, Md. – On July 8, 2024, officers responded for reports of damage to two homes caused by fired projectiles. A homeowner in the 8300 block of Canyon Oak Drive discovered damage to an upper-level window and a projectile on the carpet.

Another homeowner reported a projectile entered the rear of her home in the 7900 block of Canter Court and lodged in the shower. The residents believe this occurred between July 4, 2024, and July 8, 2024.

Officers canvassed the neighborhood and found another residence on Canter Court with damage from a fired projectile to the rear of the home.

  1. Those crazy guns have gone wild. Good thing no humans were operating them. After all it’s ‘Gun Violence’ not people violence.
