VAAP #12-132-00009, South Gate Self Storage: Variance from Section 63.3 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required buffer yards; variance from Schedule 32.1, footnote 4, to reduce the required rear yard setback in the Corridor Mixed Use (CMX) District from an abutting property in the Residential Low-Density District (RL). The property is located at 21179 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park, MD as shown on tax map 52, block 8, Lot 144, in the CMX District, Accident Potential Zone 2 (APZ-2) overlay.
