I have been trying to find out why verizon isn’t taking anymore work orders for Internet service in Lexington park,md and its surrounding areas. Ive tried getting answers and they refuse to give me any info on the matter and according to them do not have the ability to forward a request for information up the chain of command.
In short i was living at one address and had service for almost 2 years and then when i moved just next door to setup a new account they said they cant provide service at this time and when i asked why they said they didnt have that information to give me.
IN short if you currently have verizon internet service and you move to another place in that same area you are screwed because they wont give you your service back.
Please put this on your site and if possible look into the matter. The people of the area have a right to know what could possibly happen.
