Deputy State Fire Marshals are currently investigating a series of vehicle fires in the Northern Section of Calvert County. The fires have caused minor fire damage to the three vehicles involved. These fires have occurred in the Dunkirk, Chesapeake Beach and Owings area of Calvert County.
Persons with information regarding the fires are urged to call the Maryland Arson Hotline at 1-800-492-7529. Caller’s information will remain anonymous. Persons with information leading to an arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) are eligible for a reward up to $ 5,000.
