SOMD – Stay up to date with the latest road closures in the area. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
Reported roads closed in St. Mary’s County:
- Point Lookout Rd between Villa Rd and Orchard Ln
- Trent Hall Rd between New Market Turner Rd and Carrie Lee Ln
- Piney Point Rd between Lighthouse Rd and St Georges Av
- South Sandgates Rd between Della Brook Ln and North Sandgates Rd
- Maddox Rd between Hurry Rd and Budds Creek Rd

Reported roads closed in Calvert County:
- North Beach from Co1 to 1st Street is closed
- All the roads that flood in the beach are flooded. Use caution in the area and avoid them.

- Annapolis Avenue
- Atlantic Avenue
- 3rd Street between Chesapeake Avenue and Bay Avenue
- 5th Street between Chesapeake Avenue and Bay Avenue
- 7th Street between Chesapeake Avenue and Bay Avenue
- 8th Street between Chesapeake Avenue and Bay Avenue
- The bridge on Chaneyville Rd in the area of Lower Marlboro pier is closed due to flooding.

Reported roads closed in Charles County:
- River Rd is closed in the area of Marie Dr
- Popes Creek Rd between Capt. Billy’s Restaurant and Gilligan’s Restaurant is shut down due to flooding.
- Fenwick Rd is closed at Ward Pl
- Leonardtown Rd at Post Office Rd in the southbound turn lane is flooded. Lanes 1 and 2 are currently passable.
- Rt. 254/Cobb Island Rd is shut down due to flooding.
- Dr Samuel Mudd Rd is closed in the area of the Mudd House Museum
