Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Drug Arrest for Driver

After investigating a call for a suspicious vehicle on Stamper Court in Prince Frederick on January 31 at 8:13 p.m., Dep. Christopher Wells found four occupants in a vehicle with a strong odor of marijuana.  

Dep. Wells subsequently arrested the driver, identified as Wilson Edward T. Carroll, 20 of Prince Frederick, and charged him with possession of marijuana.
