Prince Frederick, MD – On Nov. 4 at 8:13 a.m., Trooper Megelick stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 at Fox Run Boulevard in Prince Frederick for traffic violations.
Both occupants in the vehicle displayed suspicious behavior and a K-9 search was requested.
The search revealed positive results and several grams of powder cocaine and crack cocaine were located. Elston H. Harvey, 49 of Sunderland, and Frances G. Johnson, 55 of Port Republic, were arrested for possession of cocaine.
They were incarcerated at Calvert County Detention Center.
