Born Norton, Virginia to Mary Ann Sexton and Terry William Sexton.

Raised on “High Knob” in Coeburn, VA. Longing for a better life he came to Great Mills, MD in 1985 to work at Great Mills Trading Post. Worked there for 20 years. Larry Hill Excavating for 10 years. AB&H for 10 years running heavy equipment managing several gravel pits. He loved “playing in the dirt” he would say. Also in 1985 he met the love of his life Donna Biscoe. They were married September 6, 1991. They were together got 40 years. Together they raised 2 daughters. They were the light of his life. Loved his time with his 3 grandsons Christopher Michael Radcliffe Jr., Ayden Terry Radcliffe, Grayson Jack Radcliffe and 2 bonus grandchildren Annabelle and Theo Davis.

Leaves behind- wife, 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, 3 grandsons, 2 bonus grandchildren, 2 sisters, mother-in-law, Louise Biscoe and a host of nieces and nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with prayers recited at 7:00 PM, in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in the funeral home chapel, with Officiant William E. Radcliffe officiating. Interment will follow at St. George’s Episcopal Church Cemetery, Valley Lee, MD. Serving as pallbearers will be Vince Watson, Kenny Biscoe, Michael Biscoe, Eddie Hobbs, Darrell Goode, and David Hewitt. Honorary pallbearers will be Denny Hobbs, Johnny Bean, and Steve Burch.
