Tom Szynborski, Dave Fox and Brian Higgs describe themselves as veteran rockers, and have put the โ€œParental Advisoryโ€ stamp and barcode on their latest creation.

Szynborski says the band is looking forward to sharing some of their life experiences and observations through their music. From the single โ€œWhat it Takesโ€ – a tongue-in-cheek,ย  Stonesesque rocker that highlights the qualities of some of societyโ€™s more determined individuals โ€“ to the soulful โ€œLet it Playโ€ ย – a look at the life of a Rock โ€˜nโ€™ Roller – the album represents, as Szynborski put it, โ€œa musical chronicle of the human condition.โ€

The music is energetic, and for the most part danceable; the guys have been slipping โ€œDirty Secretsโ€, โ€œRock Till Iโ€™m Deadโ€ and โ€œOdieโ€™s Songโ€, a dedication to an old friend, into their repertoire for several years. For the folks that have seen their show, there are several new tunes including โ€œCyberjunkieโ€ and โ€œSlippin Awayโ€ that are soon to become Anonymous classics.

ย

If you like cover music, do not despair! The show is laced with music from Nickleback, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the Doors.ย  โ€œI couldnโ€™t get through a show without belting out โ€œL.A. Womanโ€ for the encore!โ€ confessed Szynborski.

The show will open with 9 Day Bender and their special brand of rowdy blues-based Rock. โ€œโ€˜Benderโ€™ has been playing the local area for years,โ€ said Tom, โ€œand is always a crowd pleaser.โ€

The CD release party is being hosted at Neptuneโ€™s Beach Club, in St. Maryโ€™s County just before the Solomonโ€™s Bridge. Get there early – the first 50 patrons will receive a free copy of โ€œDirty Secretsโ€ for their CD collection!ย  Show starts at 9:00 p.m.
