LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On September 14, 2024, at approximately 1:56 p.m. emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a tractor on Bayside Road in the area of Big Chestnut Road.
The victims’ tractor reportedly went off the road on Bayside Road while en route to Clements Cuties.
An off-duty medic first on the scene provided help and applied a tourniquet above the knee for a possible compound leg fracture. EMS arrived to assist and requested a MEDEVAC due to injuries.
The 56-year-old female patient was flown to Baltimore Shock Trauma Center by MSPAC Trooper 2.
