
LUSBY, Md. – Through continued investigative efforts, the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office has identified and apprehended a third suspect involved in the June 5, 2025, shooting investigation on Spruce Drive in Lusby.
Deputies arrested a 15-year-old male of Lusby in connection with the case. Pursuant to Maryland law, the identity of the juvenile suspect will not be released.
The 15-year-old male has been charged as an adult with:
• Attempted First-Degree Murder
• Attempted Robbery with a Firearm
• First-Degree Assault
• Use of a Firearm During a Felony/Violent Crime
• Reckless Endangerment
• Possession of a Firearm Under the Age of 21
