UPDATE – 6/6/2025 – Deputies Arrest 18- And 16-Year-Old Suspects In Lusby Shooting; Both Charged With Attempted Murder
LUSBY, Md. — A woman was shot Thursday, June 5, 2025, in the White Sands subdivision, prompting an investigation by the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the 700 block of Spruce Drive shortly before noon, where the woman was found in a vehicle with a gunshot wound to her back. She was flown to a regional trauma center for treatment.
No suspect information has been released.
The incident remains under investigation.
