Jospehine Bernetta Tippett, age 20, of Waldorf
Mechanicsville, MD – On December 13th, Deputy S. Cameron responded to the 27000 block of Three Notch Road (Korner Karryout) in Mechanicsville, to make contact with a suspect about a property destruction report.
During the investigation, the suspect, Josephine Bernetta Tippett, age 20, of Waldorf, appeared to be under the influence. A consent search of Tippet’s vehicle revealed a syringe, two spoons, and several small plastic baggies. Another plastic baggie was located in the driver’s side door and contained a white powdery substance.
Tippett was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession – Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia.
