
Prince Frederick, MD – On Sept. 18 at approximately 10 a.m., Deputy W. Durner conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle he observed to be driven unsafely.ย
Upon contact with the driver, Melissa R. Kagle, 37 of Huntingtown, the deputy discovered she was in possession of an illegal substance.ย Kagle was arrested for controlled dangerous substance (CDS) possession-not marijuana (cocaine), possession of paraphernalia (cut straw) and hazardous substance endanger another person (an infant child), who was also in the vehicle.
Kagle has a hearing on the charges she faces tentatively scheduled in District Court Oct. 17.
