Albert Walter Stanley, 65, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, at University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on August 23, 1960, in Washington, D.C., Albert was the beloved son of Roland Victor Stanley, Jr. and Florence Lorraine (Benson) Stanley.
Albert had a creative spirit and enjoyed freehand drawing, lawn care, gardening, and woodworking in his spare time. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and proudly supported the Washington Commanders. He also had a passion for drag racing and Harley motorcycles, a hobby that brought him great excitement and joy.
Albert was preceded in death by his father and brother, Bruce Stanley.
He is survived by his loving mother, his brother, Roland Victor Stanley, III, and his wife, Jerri of Charlotte Hall, Maryland; and his sisters, Lynnett Hamilton of Lexington Park, Maryland, and Christine Guido of Centerville, Iowa, along with extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.
