Hope in Harmony Spring Concerts

LEONARDTOWN, Md. Hope in Harmony, a nonprofit performing arts organization based in Southern Maryland, has announced plans for its upcoming spring audition season. Adult vocalists and high school students are encouraged to begin preparing now for the opportunity to join the ensemble for its next round of performances.

Auditions will be open to adults age 18 and older. The organization is also inviting students in grades 10 through 12 (ages 15-18) to prepare for its Student Internship Program, which offers young singers the chance to develop their vocal skills by performing alongside seasoned adult musicians.

Video audition requirements:

  • Demonstrate vocal range by singing from the lowest to highest note using solfege or a neutral syllable
  • Perform the national anthem a cappella in your preferred key
  • Sing a memorized, expressive piece of your choice (maximum two minutes)
